I was in this place once, too. There’s so much misinformation out there, and it’s incredibly hard to know what to believe. My approach is a whole, nutrient-dense, real food approach, and I’ll teach you the WHY behind eating this way so that you can tackle this overwhelm once and for all.

It’s not about willpower; it’s about knowledge. My mission isn’t to simply tell you what + what not to eat, but to teach you why. Knowledge is power, and it’s important to understand what certain foods do to your body if you want to make a long-lasting lifestyle shift (plus, when you start to really feel good in your body, you’ll no longer want the foods that clearly don’t serve you - this is where the transformation occurs!)

I’M AFRAID MY SOCIAL LIFE WILL SUFFER

I'll help you create a plan of action for restaurants, bars, and other social settings so that you don’t have to compromise relationships for your health. That can be a slippery slope, and one I’m committed to helping you avoid. (added bonus = your new healthy habits might just rub off on your friends, too!)
